Janinne babysat for us while we were vacationing in Ocean City. She was extremely professional and we highly recommend her – she responded to our inquiry email promptly, readily provided references (which checked out great), came to the job with a bag of toys, and engaged the kids in play. Janinne was the Nanny for three weeks this summer to our 3 and 5 year old children while we vacationed/worked at the Delaware shore. Janinne showed lots of initiative in meeting our needs and the kids’ needs in a friendly but professional manner. She got right down to the kid’s level with games and activities, but could easily switch to an adult level with apropriate guidence and control. She took the kids to their swimming lessons and then reinforced what they had been taught; as a result they made great progress. Our children enjoyed her, we enjoyed our vacation and hope to employ her again. Jim & Anne M. |
